Within the Control Panel, you have to change the View by option to the Large icon. Next, scroll down and select the Administrative Tools option. Under here, find and click on the Services option.

Under the Service tab, you should select the Routing, Remote Access, Remote Auto Connection Manager, Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol services. Right-click on each of them and from the context menu choose the Properties option.
